Notes
A shore dive near a local landmark known as "Curiosity Rocks" — a massive pile of granite boulders believed to be remnants of a glacier from the last Ice Age. Beneath the surface, submerged trees appear among the rocks, which are draped in abandoned anchor ropes. These are left behind by boaters whose anchors became wedged between the boulders and could not be retrieved. The topography is fascinating, and this is possibly my favourite dive in Jindabyne.
