Boat was tied to the Island so entry on the second dive was just a giant stride then descent to sand around 10m depth. Headed East but rounding the corner of the island on the exposed East side the current was pushing extremely hard against us. So we just turned and let it take us back, few minutes later found a mantis just sitting out in the open and then a tiny cuttlefish a few minutes later. But the current wasnt super fun to be in as we couldnt drift too far West again as the boat was now moored. So after 15 - 20 minutes we swam in closer to the wall and spent the rest of the dive exploring along the wall. Went up into the shallows to explore the higher part of the wall during the safety stop. Found a poor hermit crab that had its shell get up turned by the surge and had gotten stuck in amongst some hard corals. We took some pictures before it got shy and hid inside, so I moved its shell back onto the rock ledge out of the corals so it was free to roam again when it emerged. Away from the wall, heading in the shallows back toward the boat there was huge groups of tiny silver fish 1 - 2 cm long darting around in the shallow water. Getting to the ladder was harder than it needed to be due to very strong current. The boat was maybe 20m from the wall but seemed like 200m due to the current working against us. On the surface interval grilled sweet potato coated in caramalised white sugar on one plate brown on another were served. Dived with Malapascua Thresher Divers, unfortunately no website I could find.
