Notes

It was a similar dive to the first, but we made it a little further north and kept a very slow pace looking for macro critters. Visibility was great at around 25m, with a clear view of the surface where the sun was shining. I felt a lot more comfortable with the new regs, so I went a couple of metres deeper to have a play with the venturi. The irony is that despite feeling more comfortable in the water, my SAC rate seemed a little worse on the second dive than the first. As with the first dive, there wasn't too much notable large marine life, though I did find a pair of banded pipefish hiding under a ledge at around the 16m mark. The sardines were also still putting on a show in the shallows, which, with the sun slightly higher in the sky, was great to watch.
