Notes

The structure of the dive was somewhat similar to the first, with the same entry/exit point. During the bulk of the dive we also followed the wall to the north, although this time, when we turned around, the tide had also turned and was running out, delivering us back to where we came from with minimal effort. Upon joining the wall on this dive, there was a small turtle with a single attached remora at around 15–18 m depth. More squid were swimming just off the wall, and there was lots of macro life such as shrimp to be found. In the shallows on the trip to the exit, we saw a scorpionfish walking on the bottom near a rock bommie and a couple of blennies. One of the blennies was trying to hide itself, staying within 50 cm of the base of the steps to exit. The second tank’s air reading on the dive profile comes from Camila’s transmitter. During the surface interval, we had put our transmitters on small hoses. So I paired my computer with her transmitter to track her air during the dive.
