Notes
Entered the water from the stairs to the south of the restuarant. Sky was a bit grey but the sea was very calm, descended in around 1.5m of water. Pretty much straight away spotted a pair of small flounder and a moment later a banded sea snake came out of the sea grass toward us. Continued out toward the edge of the reef but even before getting to the wall it was clear the current was pushing fairly hard toward the north. Turned south annd headed slowly into the current and spent most of the dive looking for macro stuff in the more sheltered parts to avoid having to work too hard against the current. Around the 40 minute mark turned and started ascending, lot of freedivers training toward the edge of the wall on our return. Big schools of sardines darting around the shalllows, and hermit crab eating a dead fish along with the usual stuff that is found on the top of the reef.
