Notes
Second dive entered the water with a negative entry and descended straight down to the reef. Last visit the divemaster had found a Ghost Nudibranch here and finding it again seemed to be the focus of his dive leaving us pretty much to our own devices. I wouldn't of minded running my own dive if it was discussed before hand. But instead we ended up with a dive guide that had no interest in leading the dive but we needed to still generally keep track of their location on the site. Saw a number of pretty boxfish, and some interesting crabs hiding amongst some hard corals. Found the site has a statue of the Virgin Mary by chance, and at the very end a White Tip Reef Shark made an appearence. This site is where the Thresher Sharks used to be found, but they have since moved to Kimud Summit. Tiger Sharks are said to make a rare appearence every now and then here. Dived twice now and not really a site I would be that keen to dive again, topography seems pretty boring with limited marine life in the absence of sharks. Maybe I just need a more engaged DM to show me some the features. Dived with Malapascua Thresher Divers, unfortunately no website I could find.
